Kiel S. Berry

Kiel S. Berry received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Utah State University in 2005, graduating cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude in 2008. During law school Kiel was named to the Dean’s List and served as a member of the Arizona Law Review.

Kiel joined Lake & Cobb in 2010. He concentrates his practice in all areas of commercial litigation and has experience in lawsuits involving a variety of subject matters, including real estate, business sales, construction, title insurance, and landlord-tenant. Kiel has represented clients ranging from commercial real-estate developers and contractors to small businesses and individuals.

Kiel is admitted to practice in Arizona state and federal court.
