Kris Bailey currently represents one of the largest cellular tower management companies in the United States.  He has been a part of the legal team assisting with a nationwide real estate extension and expansion program to secure ground leases and easements for location of cellular towers throughout over the past several years.  Mr. Bailey additionally represents individual carriers and local companies in the telecommunications business.  A large part of his practice is devoted to representing telecommunications providers.
